Early History In TheCrew
Josh was born on August 14, 1978 and was raised in various spots around the twin cities. Out of everyone in thecrew Josh has known Vern the longest with Adam coming in shortly after. Somehow Josh does not remember Mike until high school, and then Josh was frightened of him. Vern and Josh have more than 20 years of history together filled with random nerdy things.
The Early Adventures of Vern and Josh
- Created Fashion and later 2 Hype which were original bands (see the official Fashion page that includes 2 Hype)
- Created "Radio Skits" that included many hours of original live skits and stories and various other completely random interviews and tid bits. More than 8 cassettes each with 120 minutes of material were recorded, none of which are known to still exist
- Created "Impact Comics", our very own original comic book company. Vern was the story writer and Josh was the illustrator
- Created an original script for a martial arts action movie titled "Joshwah" involving the (at that time) crew as it's actors/actress', Josh perhaps would still like to make this movie if the script can be found (eyes to Vern)
- Biked about 10 miles to Toys R Us in freezing rain with Vern to enter a contest which neither of them won
